Micro Apps for your business

SimplyOps turns everyday operations into focused apps for your team — no spreadsheets, no ERP, no builder to learn.

The gap

Too important for a spreadsheet.
Too small for an ERP.
Perfect for SimplyOps.

Some business processes need more structure than a spreadsheet but nowhere near the complexity of an ERP. SimplyOps gives those processes a simple, purpose-built home.

Before

  • Spreadsheet
  • WhatsApp
  • Paper
  • Email

Four places to look, and no single version of what actually happened.

SimplyOps

Stock Tracker

One focused operational app. Same records, same statuses, same process, for everyone.

One place to record it, and one place to read it back.

Micro apps

One platform. Many small apps.

Every business runs differently. SimplyOps gives each team only the operational apps they need.

Stock, issues and suppliers

Stores teams record what came in, what went out and who took it. SimplyOps gives that a single place instead of a shared workbook and a WhatsApp thread.

The everyday view

Open it. Record it. Done.

Your team shouldn't need training just to record everyday work.

Simple on the outside
Employees see only what they need: the fields for the job in front of them, and nothing they have to scroll past.
Flexible underneath
SimplyOps can adapt to different records, relationships, notifications and processes as your operation changes.

How it works

From process to app.

You describe the work. We shape the app around it. Your team just uses it.

Tell us the process

Show us what you're currently tracking and how your team works. A spreadsheet, a paper form or a description is enough to start.

We shape the app

SimplyOps is configured around the records, information and actions your process needs. You review it before anything goes live.

Your team uses it

Your team receives a focused app built around work they already understand. No builder to learn, no training course.

What your team gets

Four things, done properly.

01Recording

Record what happened.

Fast forms make everyday recording easy for people working in stores, workshops, offices, vehicles and sites. The fields are the ones your process actually uses, and nothing else.

02Visibility

See what matters.

Turn operational records into useful views, statuses and reports without burying users in complexity. Filter, group and export what you need to hand to someone else.

03Reminders

Keep people informed.

Use reminders and notifications to keep important work and dates from being forgotten. A document expiry, an overdue inspection, a request waiting on approval.

04Access

Give everyone the right view.

Different users receive the information and actions relevant to their work. A technician records usage; a manager reads the report; an administrator publishes changes.

On the floor

Built for where the work happens.

SimplyOps works where operations happen: stores, workshops, sites, offices and vehicles.

Where SimplyOps sits

The middle ground businesses have been missing.

Spreadsheets bend to anything and hold nothing. An ERP holds everything and bends to nothing.

The starting point

Spreadsheets

  • Familiar to everyone
  • Flexible from day one
  • Become messy as they grow
  • Difficult to control who changes what
  • Information fragments across copies
  • Every person follows a slightly different process

The middle ground

SimplyOps

  • Focused on one process at a time
  • Structured, with the fields your work needs
  • Adaptable as operations change
  • Simple enough that staff need no training
  • Built around the process you already run
Request a Demo

The heavy option

Traditional ERP

  • Powerful across a whole business
  • Structured and well governed
  • Large and complicated to implement
  • Expensive for a small operational problem
  • Often more system than the process needs
  • Months before anyone records anything

AI-assisted configuration

Describe the process. Shape the app.

AI-assisted configuration can help turn operational requirements into structured SimplyOps apps while keeping configuration controlled and reviewable. The operational app remains the product.

“We inspect every vehicle each morning and need to record issues, photos and the driver.”

Security

Your business stays separate.

Three things decide whether operational data stays where it belongs. Here is where SimplyOps stands on each.

Tenant isolation
Each organisation operates within its own SimplyOps environment. Business information remains separated between organisations.
Controlled configuration
Changes to your apps are reviewed and published intentionally, rather than edited live under your team.
Controlled access
Users receive access appropriate to their responsibilities, so people see the records and actions relevant to their work.

FAQ

Questions worth asking.

The four we get asked before every demo.

Show Us Your Process

Is SimplyOps an ERP?

No. It is deliberately smaller. It does not run your accounting, payroll or manufacturing planning, and it does not need an implementation project.

Is SimplyOps another no-code app builder?

No. Nobody on your side configures entities, designs forms or maintains a builder. You get the finished apps and your team uses them.

What if we outgrow it, or it turns out not to fit?

Your records are yours and export as CSV. We would rather tell you during the demo that a process is too big for SimplyOps than sell you something that fits badly.

How do we start?

Show us one process. A spreadsheet, a paper form or a few sentences about how the work runs today is enough for us to show you what it would look like.

What process is still living in a spreadsheet?

Show us how it works today. We'll show you what it could look like in SimplyOps.

Simple operations. Your way.
