- Changes to your apps are reviewed and published intentionally, rather than edited live under your team.

- Users receive access appropriate to their responsibilities, so people see the records and actions relevant to their work.

- Where does our data live?
- In an environment provisioned for your organisation alone. Records your team creates are never queried alongside another customer's.
- Who can change our apps?
- Configuration changes are made deliberately and published as a version, rather than edited live underneath the people using the app.
- Can we limit what staff see?
- Yes. A technician recording parts usage and a manager reading the month's report are given different screens and different actions, set when the app is configured.
- What certifications do you hold?
- We do not claim certifications we have not earned. If your procurement process requires specific assurances, tell us during the demo and we will answer honestly about where we are.
