What this website collects.

The demo request form asks for your name, email, an optional company name, a description of the process you want to improve, and optionally how you handle it today. You choose what to put in it. We only ask for what we need to reply usefully.

When you submit the form, we do two things with it. It is emailed to us through Resend, our email provider, so we see it straight away. It is also stored as a record in Teable, a database tool we use to keep track of enquiries so none gets lost between the two of us who read them.

That means your details sit on a list of enquiries until we act on them. It is an operational record, not a marketing list: we do not use it to send you campaigns, and we do not add you to a newsletter or pass it to anyone else.

We keep an enquiry for as long as the conversation is live, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. If you would like your enquiry deleted sooner, email us and we will remove it.

We use Rybbit, a privacy-friendly analytics tool, to count page views and understand which parts of the site are useful. It sets no cookies and does not track you across other websites, which is why this site shows you no cookie banner. It records which page you viewed and whether you used the demo form or a contact link, never anything you typed into the form. You can block it through your browser settings at any time.

Like any website, requests for these pages are handled by our hosting provider, which may log standard technical request information such as your IP address and browser. Form submissions pass through Resend to be delivered to us and through Teable to be stored.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@simplyops.net and we will do it. If you need our full data-processing terms for a procurement review, ask and we will send what we have.
