About

We build the app that should have replaced the spreadsheet.

SimplyOps started from a pattern we kept seeing: important operational work held together by a workbook one person maintains, a WhatsApp group and a folder of paper forms. Not because the business is disorganised. Because nothing on the market fits a problem that size.

Software should follow the process

Most operational software asks a business to change how it works. We would rather shape the app around the process a team already runs well.

Small problems deserve real tools

A parts-usage log is not a big enough problem to buy an ERP for, and not a small enough problem to leave in a spreadsheet. That gap is where we work.

The person recording it matters most

If the technician, storeman or driver finds it slow, nothing gets recorded and the data is worthless. Their screen is the one we design first.

No toolbox handovers

We do not hand a business a builder and wish them luck. Your team receives finished apps; we handle what sits behind them.

Where we are right now.

SimplyOps is early. Onboarding is consultative on purpose: we sit with a business, look at one process, and configure the app around it rather than pointing at a sign-up page. If that sounds like the wrong pace for you, it probably is, and we'd rather say so.

Show us one process.

The one that annoys you most is usually the right place to start.
